This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data processed by the foundation officially named Stichting
Thai Child Development (hereafter TCDF) of its donors, visitors, volunteers or other interested parties. If you become a donor of TCDF or for any other reason – such as visit – personal information to TCDF, you expressly give permission to process your personal data in line with this Privacy Policy.
We advise you to read the Privacy Policy and keep it for your own administration.

  2. Which data does TCDF process and for what purpose
        2.1 In the context of your donation and / or visit, only the following personal data will be processed:
                a) name
                b) e-mail address (es),
             
        2.2 TCDF processes the personal data referred to in 2.1 for the following purposes:
            a) your name and e-mail address will be used for contact about your donation and / or visit, for the provision of the information requested by you or for the       processing of the information you have obtained,
            b) your name and email is used to send information about services and activities of TCDF via the digital news letter “The Mount Neverrest” four times a year.
    Email notification (opt-out):
    TCDF uses your name and e-mail address to share its e-mail newsletter with information about
    activities, services and other interesting information about TCDF. Cancellation for these mailings is possible at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the mailing.
  3. Storage periods
    TCDF processes and stores your personal data during the foundation’s existence or until you state this by email. In case of possible closure, the personal data will be destroyed.
  4. Security measures and processors
    4.1 TCDF has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.
    4.2 The processing of email addresses is kept on a computer at our office on location. This computer uses services from third parties, the mailchimp database. We have a processor agreement with privacy policy with the processor.
  5. Right of inspection, removal and complaints
    5.1 You can submit a request to view, receive, change or delete your personal data via the TCDF
    administration. TCDF will process your request and inform you about this within one month of
    receipt.
    5.2 If you wish to object to the (further) processing of personal data as referred to in Article 2, you
    can also contact the membership administration.
    5.3 If you have complaints about the way in which TCDF processes your personal data or handles
    requests, you can contact the data protection officer.
    5.4 Any other questions or comments about this Privacy Policy can be directed to our member
    administration
  6. Changes
    This Privacy Policy can be changed. The changes will be announced via the Website. We advise you
    to regularly view the Privacy Policy.
