E- Donations to TCDF
Tax Deductibility Thailand
To facilitate easy tax deduction of your donation we have installed e-donations. TCDF is elligable by partnering with TAEJAI, a registered fiscal sponsor - public foundation in the kingdom of Thailand. TAEJAI has vetted TCDF and donations to TCDF can now be made through the easy e-donation platform through the link below.
Easy e-donating
How does it work?
With the green button above you can simply e-transfer your donation online with creditcard, Paypall or qr code.
You will receive and automatic acknowledgement of receipt from the Teajai online e-donation system.
With a copy of TAEJAIS objectives ( in official registration/ Certificate of Incorporation), and the automatic received letter from TAEJAI acknowledging the donation (specifying the exact amount contributed ) you can claim tax deduction in the tax system of Thailand.
PLEASE DO send our TCDF team an e-mail tcdfoffice@gmail.com with your name, the amount , the date and a picture of your transfer slip. Only this way we can apply and receive the donated funds from the online system. TCDF will receive 90% of your taxdeductible donation in Thailand, the other 10% goes to the online e platform /organisation handled by Taejai as a support fee.

If you will not be applying for tax deduction in Thailand we kindly ask you to donate directly to our own bankaccount so there will be no extra rates charged.
Good to know- If you are a USA or Dutch Tax payer your donations can also be tax deductible as TCDF is fully vetted and eligible as a charitable cause in the United States and The Netherlands as well as Thailand.
Self relience & income generating projects
Private vs Public foundations

Self relience & income generating projects
Private vs Public foundations
TCDF is trying to limit the dangerous dependance on donations by becoming self relient. We try this by selling goods such as coffee and farm produce that create jobs and income for TCDF. However because of our income generating projects TCDF is not eligible to become a Public Foundation. Public Charities in Thailand are offically only allowed to receive donations and may not run a shop or farm legally.
At TCDF, we strive to transparently communicate the tax implications of donations to our foundation. Please note the following regarding tax deductibility:
Donations straight to the bank account of TCDF- a registered private foundation- may not qualify for tax deductions as public charitable expenses. The deduction is capped at 2% of the company's annual net profits.
