Donations to TCDF

Tax Deductibility Thailand

At TCDF, we strive to transparently communicate the tax implications of donations to our foundation. Please note the following regarding tax deductibility:

Donations directly made to TCDF's bank account, which is of a private foundation, may not be eligible for tax deductions on personal income tax in Thailand.TCDF is not classified as a 'Public Charity Organization' by the Ministry of Finance. TCDF is trying to be selfrelient by selling goods such as coffee and farm produce that bring income. However because of this TCDF is not eligible as we do not only do fundraising but we also have incomegenerating projects. Therefore, donations from companies may not qualify for tax deductions as public charitable expenses and the deduction is capped at 2% of the company's annual net profits.

To facilitate the taxdeducatability of your donation we have partnered with a fiscal sponsor -a registred public foundation in the kindom. TAEJAI has vetted TCDF and welcomed our projects as one of their own.

Your taxdeductable donation to TCDF can now be made to TAEJAI through the link below.

With a copy of TAEJAIS objectives, found in official registration/ Certificate of Incorporation, and a letter from TAEJAI  acknowledging the donation, specifying the exact amount contributed you can claim tasdeducatibility for your donation to us. TCDF will receive 90% of your gift, the other 10% will go to the organisation Taejai as a support fee (10%).
