TCDF processes the personal data for the following purposes:
Your name and e-mail address will be used for contact about your donation and / or visit, for the provision of the information requested by you or for the processing of the information you have obtained. Your name and email is used to send information about services and activities of TCDF via the digital news letter.

Email notification (opt-out):
TCDF uses your name and e-mail address to share its e-mail newsletter with information about activities, services and other interesting information about TCDF. Cancellation for these mailings is possible at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the mailing.

Storage periods
TCDF processes and stores your personal data during the foundation’s existence or until you state this by email. In case of possible closure, the personal data will be destroyed.

Security measures and processors
TCDF has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. The processing of email addresses is kept on a computer at our office on location. This computer uses services from third parties, the Mailchimp database. We have a processor agreement with privacy policy with the processor.

You can submit a request to view, receive, change or delete your personal data via the TCDF administration.
